In coordination with its Pharmaceutical Council, the Tennessee Medical Association (TMA) is hosting a virtual meeting on Tuesday, September 24 at 5:30 pm CT on the topic of obesity, metabolic health and pharmacological interventions. Experts from Boehringer Ingelheim and Novo Nordisk will discuss the epidemiology of obesity, the mechanisms of action of various weight loss drugs, public policies impacting patient access, and the potential public health implications of emerging trends.
