TMA's House of Delegates gives physicians from across the state an opportunity to gather as a professional group to present and debate policies that affect the practice of medicine and the delivery of patient care in Tennessee and across the country.

The next House of Delegates will take place on May 17, 2025 at the Embassy Suites in Franklin, Tenn. If you are interested in serving as a delegate, please contact your local medical society for more information. The cut off date for booking your hotel room is April 30th. Anyone wishing to submit resolutions for consideration by the Legislative Committee should note that the deadline is April 26. The final deadline to submit resolutions is May 3. Any resolution submitted after May 3 will be considered an emergency resolution and will require more than two-thirds of the HOD delegation present to accept them as true emergencies.
